X Football Performance Center in Hong Kong is a dedicated football school for children and teenagers. With the motto Revolutionize Youth Football, it focuses on nurturing young talent through professional training, teamwork, and innovation. The center empowers future athletes to grow in skill, confidence, and passion, creating a new generation of football excellence.

Regular Group Lessons

All students are placed into appropriate levels by XPC coaches prior to joining the program. The level‑based structure is designed to support long‑term, sustainable improvement, providing clear progression pathways that help students train with defined objectives while building confidence, motivation, and a sense of achievement.

Elite Program

Elite classes are offered by invitation only, based on a player’s demonstrated skill level and training performance, with monthly evaluations determining promotion opportunities. In addition to advanced technical development, elite training emphasizes match‑level skills such as game awareness, decision‑making, tactical understanding, and competitive execution, with all sessions conducted at a dedicated outdoor facility at ESF Island School.

Intensive Classes

The Intensive Classes offer a lower coach‑to‑student ratio and significantly higher training intensity than group classes. Under the direct instruction of the Head Coach, sessions emphasize rigorous individual foundational skill development and overall performance enhancement, focusing on practical, game‑ready techniques tailored to each player’s needs.

1:1 Private Performance Session

XPC’s 1:1 private sessions provide focused, individualized coaching for athletes committed to improvement. Each session targets technical development and game‑specific skills through customized training and direct feedback, consistently pushing players toward higher on‑field performance.

1:1 Physical Conditioning

1:1 physio sessions assess each player’s physical condition and performance, then create a personalized long‑term training plan with progress reviewed every five sessions. Programs develop the body through key pillars - speed, strength, agility, and coordination - to enhance overall performance and movement efficiency.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy focuses on treatment and recovery, managing accumulated muscle and joint fatigue, preventing injuries, improving posture, and developing foundational skills and correct movement techniques.

Data-driven Monitoring

All XPC students undergo monthly evaluations across eight core football skills, with parents and students receiving comprehensive reports that combine qualitative coach feedback and quantitative performance data. These reports are designed to track individual development rather than compare players, and when improvement areas are identified, tailored support - such as nutrition consultations, mental performance training, physiotherapy-led physical conditioning, or additional one‑on‑one coaching - is provided and continuously monitored to ensure measurable progress.

1:1 Sports Psychologist Session

Available upon request, our sports psychologist provides personalized consultations to support each athlete's performance from a mental perspective. Sessions focus on confidence, focus, resilience and competition readiness.

1:1 Dietitian Consultation

Available upon request, our certified dietician provides individualizd nutirtion plans tailored to training demands and growth needs. Athletes receive professional guidance on body composition, weight management, and appropriate supplementation to support optimal performance and long-term physical development.

Little Warriors

Little Warriors is XPC’s indoor, play‑based football program for children aged 2-4, building confidence, coordination, and social skills through fun movement and play. Held in a safe, air‑conditioned indoor facility, sessions combine foundational football skills, play‑based learning, and immersive language instruction in English, Mandarin, or Korean, led by professional coaches.

Parent Seminars

At XPC, educational seminars are regularly organized for both parents and students to support holistic athletic development. These sessions are led by qualified sports professionals and cover topics such as age‑appropriate nutrition, match‑day dietary planning, parent–athlete communication around competition, and strategies to align training performance with match outcomes.
